VINEYARDS & TERROIRS
Multiple varieties make up our Vin Doux port style wine including; Zinfandel, Carignan, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Alicante Bouschet Mission and Grand de la Calmette. Residing from the Wellington Vineyards in Sonoma County made up from old vines planted in blocks from 1892 to 1924.
After the harvest, the grapes are crushed, de-stemmed, and gently pressed. The varieties are co fermented together, barrel aged in neutral oak barrels and blended with multiple vintages. The resulting wine is left with a Residual Sugar of 7.2 g /100 ml.

This Port-inspired treasure offers up a bouquet of ripe red fruits with a powerful aroma of cherry, blackberry and a hint of spice. Both fresh and complex, we recommend pairing our Vin Doux with blue cheeses or fresh fruit and our personal favorite dark chocolate!
