Six Hands Winery is located in the California Delta in the river town of Walnut Grove.

From Sacramento: Take I-5 South to Twin Cities Road. Continue West 4.5 miles to River Road. Turn South on River Road, continue approximatly 2.5 miles to the Georgiana Slough Bridge. Cross the bridge, turn right on Isleton Road, follow to 13783 Isleton Road.

From San Francisco: Take I-80 East toward Sacramento. Turn on to Highway 12 toward Rio Vista. Follow Highway 12, cross the Rio Vista Bridge. Turn left at Highway 160. Continue on Highway 160 (also known as Isleton Road) to 13783 Isleton Road.
